Your smile is naturally a focal point of your face. It often plays a major role in how you are perceived by others-and how you see yourself. Some cases only a few minor
adjustments are need to achieve the smile you desire. Thanks to changes in modern dentistry, we are now capable of manufacturing and installing esthetic materials that will
function as your own natural teeth.
Porcelain Veneers
Veneers are custom-made shells of the tooth colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance, this require minimal tooth preparation.
Veneers can correct gaps between teeth, uneven tooth alignment, short teeth, or discoloration. We work closely with our patients and ceramist to provide our patients with a
gorgeous smile they are proud of.
Smile Design
Smile Design is how we make veneers or other cosmetic procedures, just for you. It allows us to customize each individual’s smile. You are able to see a mock-up on your
actual teeth, to ensure your satisfaction.
Bonding
For minor imperfections in a smile, bonding offers a conservative and minimally invasive approach to cosmetic dentistry. Bonding is most effective for fixing chips or cracks
in teeth and for closing small gaps between teeth.
Teeth Whitening
In our office, we use the Zoom whitening procedure which is a bleaching process widely used throughout the country and around the world to lighten discoloration of enamel and
dentin. Tooth discoloration may result from drinking coffee, tea, cola and red wine; or from smoking. The aging process also can stain and darken your teeth. The Zoom in-office
tooth whitening procedure uses the Zoom Advanced Power Chairside Lamp – said to accelerate the bleaching process – to activate the 25 percent hydrogen peroxide whitening. As the
hydrogen peroxide is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin to bleach the stained substances, leaving the structure of the tooth unchanged. At the end of the
procedure, we create a custom tray for whitening for touch ups.
Gum Contouring
Gum contouring is performed in our office with a soft tissue laser to reshape overgrown or misshapen gums. Gum contouring brings the focal point of your smile to your teeth.
